Personal Statement
I'd love to play college volleyball in a challenging but still enjoyable environment. I'm willing to work hard in order to succeed as is reflected in my academics. My self-motivation and self-discipline help me stand out from others, but I'm also very independent and self-sufficient. In addition to volleyball I own a horse who I see five times a week. Horse ownership has taught me respect, compassion, and responsibility in addition to initiative. Time management is a large part of my life due to volleyball, school, and my horse. My everyday life is a balancing act which gives me confidence in being a student athlete in college.
