The main goal I plan on achieving is to experience being a true Olympian. The feeling of walking on an Olympian track would make my life feel complete. I understand that in reality it is not a easy goal to reach, but I believe I have the strength, the courage, and the power to make it into the Olympics. I am a very self- motivated person, which is a good quality, because without self-confidence you lack the most important skill, being able to move forward. What would make me a great fit for your team would be my leading capabilities. I have been team captain two years in a row for my leadership. I stand my ground, and my teammates respect me even when my coach is not there to work us. To be a consistent team captain you must have leadership capabilities. I have been running for a little bit over three years now, and I believe I improved my running skills drastically. I discovered I was born to be a sprinter, the very first day of practice in 2013 when I had to race everyone on the team, even the ones everyone believed were the fastest. After my first practice, I began to love Track and Field. I have competed 6 seasons since 2013, and I realized I am a Natural. There are things I need to work on, but what upcoming athlete doesn't have anything to work for. Without a goal there is nothing to improve on, and if you are not the greatest, there should always be a goal to reach. With every team there has to be a team mascot, some who is confident, and full of cheer to hype everyone up before a Track and Field Meet , not only to bring the competitiveness out of yourself , but from your teammates as well, every team needs a teammate as well as a motivator. With me on your team, I will bring the drive and energy your team is looking for.
