Personal Statement
My priority is to attend a college with superior academics. Also, I would very much enjoy participating in a college sport; either track or basketball. I love the high, long, and triple jumps. My goal for this track season is to become more of a sprinter and also keep working on the mile. I also enjoy the team sport of basketball. I play the guard position and I love the competitiveness of the game. During my time in high school I have worked hard at achieving high honor status and performing my best in track and basketball. I have job shadowed an optometrist and an opthamologist and will be in a health occupations program during my senior year. Since the third grade I have wanted to be an eye doctor, and still today it is one of my dreams and goals. No matter what I do, I always set my mind to it and work hard.
