Lindsay Fisher '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lindsay Fisher and I will be a senior at Norwich Free Academy, in Norwich, CT, this upcoming year. I am currently 5'6" and I weigh 117 pounds. At NFA I participate in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track, and I have earned a varsity letter in every season (totaling nine) thus far. Our teams have been conference champions (Eastern Connecticut Conference) in every season in which I have participated. I have also been a part of two state champion teams in XC and outdoor track. I have been all ECC in XC once and indoor track twice. I have also recieved the ECC sportsmanship award twice. I am very passionate about running, for it will always be a major piece of who I am. I love being part of a team and being surrounded by others who share my passion for the sport. As a runner, I don't feel that I have reached my full potential. I am looking for a coach and a program that can help me realize that potential, at a school that has an exemplary academic reputation. Academically, I currently have a 4.127 GPA and I am ranked 9th in my class out of 567 students. This success shows that I am determined and willing to work very hard in the classroom and on the track.
