I have been involved with a variety of sports including soccer and cross-country, but by far, indoor and outdoor track are my favorite sports. Sports are extremely important to me and have helped spaced and defined me as a person and an athlete.
By the end of my senior year there are certain times and heights that I would like to achieve. For high jump, my main event, my goal is to break the school record of 5 feet 2 inches, and hopefully jump my height of 5 feet 4 inches. Pole vaulting is a new event for me but I think i have great potential to do well in it. I would like to jump at least 9 feet, but hopefully higher. For the 400 meter, I am aiming to break 60 seconds, and for the 100 meter my goal is to get 12.6 seconds. Although the 200 meter is not a consistent event for me, I still would like to run 26 seconds or break it. I hope to compete in college at a division II level.
In am a state police explorer and a life guard which I believe will help me prepare for my field of study. I want to study criminal justice and minor in computer science or cyber-security. My main goal is to go into law enforcement. become a police officer and a homicide detective one day. My ultimate dream, however, is be in the FBI.
