Dear Coaches,

Thank you for reviewing my profile. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet with you and discuss my track future with your university. My parents have prepared me well to meet the demands of a student athlete. I have been a honor student and have participated in one or more sports since the age of five. I am a devoted athlete all year round. I have worked many hours on my technique, mechanics, and speed, all to achieve my goals. I understand the importance of off season training and conditioning. I am fully aware of the proper diet and rest an athlete needs. If I am given the opportunity to join your track program I will guarantee to work as hard as anyone on your team. My goal is to become the best in my event. My efforts  with demonstrate my desire to be the best.
