Personal Statement

Hello coaches!

In my college career, I would hope to achieve my goal of majoring in psychology and minoring in sports.

I am a good candidate for any team because I am a determined athlete who is dedicated to learning and getting better in every way.

The ways which make me different from other people are that I can learn from my mistakes quickly and aim to not repeat them. I enjoy learning and am completely coachable!

If there are any further questions, you may reach me at either my email or my cellphone number.

Thank you!

Awards and Activities

  • ActivitiesI am apart of the USNSCC, United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps, which is a government related organization that is an NROTC program. I recently got promoted to a Petty Officer 3rd Class. I have gone to 3 advanced trainings, which include: SDYLC (San Diego Youth Leadership Conference) at which I won Best Free Enterprise, DEFCON Hackers Conference in Las Vegas, and most recently I attended POLA (Petty Officer Leadership Academy). At POLA, I graduated in the top 4 of my class out of 52 other cadets and petty officers. With this ranking, I received a Citation Ribbon for the IEP (International Exchange Program) which means I am eligible to go to any other country, that fosters this program, to do a training over the summer or winter season. Not only do I go to trainings, there are drills that I attend every month. Another activity I do in my free time is K-9 Junior Showmanship, at which I have won multiple 1st place ribbons and awards. In my senior year of high school, I plan on doing an internship through the local Sheriff's Department and participate in that for a minimum of 5 hours a week. Another class I intend on having is Peer Counseling, which in essence is I would help to make my peer's lives better while making the school a more safe environment.
