Brenea Palmer '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brenea Ellen Marie Palmer.

What makes me a good candidate for the colleges that wish to pick me to run for their school, is the dedication, the drive, and leadership I bring with me. With having these characterists I can bring confidence and determination to focus and lift those who may struggle around me. Having these traits can help and allow for me myself to learn from others who are oppsite of me and encourage those who need encouraging. I am all about challenging myself with any task and staying focused on my goals. With all the focus however, I do bring laughter and energy. It is good to be focused when required, but allowing for not only me but the people around me to freely express themselves creates bonds and friendships that help hold us close and work together. I think what makes me unique from others is my personality and giving spirit. I am a very giving and open person with all the people I work with and have a relationship with. I make it so it's never all about me, but about everyone as a team, or class, or family. With academics, I constantly strive for a harder class, and not a class that I know ill pass easily. By doing this it helps me to prepare myself for my future education in college. Because I know college isn't easy, challenging myself while in high school as early as now, gives me practice to understand and push myself beyond what I think I can do, not only in the classroom, but on the track too.
