Anasazi Nunez '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Anasazi Nunez and it's my dream to attend college and run in a top track and field program. I'm currenlty a senior at Charter Oak High School here in Covina, CA. I have been running track since I was 12 years old and I've been on the Varsity team since my freshman year. My events are the 800m with my best time of 2:22, the 400m with best time of 1:00, and the 4x100 relay. I am an excellent student with a 3.5 GPA and I have leadership experience as I am the team captain for the Girls Varsity Soccer team. Giving back to the community is also very important to me as I have been a volunteer assistant in teaching elementary students Spanish, I've been a youth counselor for a Native American program, and I have been a assistant coach for a Girls under 8 soccer team.
