Janna Langrell '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Janna Langrell, I am 5'7 and a senior at Don Antonio Lugo High School. I have been on Varsity Track (and Varsity Soccer) since my freshman year, and Varsity Cross Country my sophomore year. I joined a club track team last year (after playing club soccer for 6 years). My main events are the 800m, 4x400m, but I also run the open 400m, and on occasion the 1600m, 3200m and the 4x800m.

I realize I am late starting this process, but I would still like to continue playing sports on a competitive collegiate level. I am interested in all schools to the west of the Mississippi River where I can pursue a degree in the nursing field. I am open to both faith based and non-faith based colleges. Ideally, I would like to attend a college where I can receive financial assistance. The size, location, and division of the campus does not matter to me, what matters is the opportunity to get a quality education. My GPA is a 3.24 and I plan on improving that this year. On my SAT I scored a 1610 and on my ACT I scored a 24.
