My name is Kaitlyn Davenport and I am a runner. I have always loved running and the runners "high" achieved after an exceptionally good work out. Running has become a part of me and has helped me become physically and mentally stronger as well as a better person. I am very competitive and if you tell me I cannot do something I will do everything in my power to prove you wrong, which may sometimes be a questionable quality to have, but I like it.
To me teamwork is one of the best and most important parts of a team. Even though running is considered an individual sport, I love working with others and the idea of pushing each other to succeed.
I am driven in both sports and adcademics to do my best and have high expectations and goals for myself that I am determined to reach no matter how many tries it takes to achieve them. I will give 110% in and out of sports because I have something to prove, if not to everyone else, then to myself.
