Athletically and academically, I habitually strive for success. I was introduced to running in sixth grade through my father and brother. Running is a huge part of our lives and something I am proud to continue the legacy. Being the top runner of the senior girls team and top 25% in my class academically, I have learned that it takes time, perseverance and complete dedication to maintain these standards. I also compete in choir (reaching the state finals). I take AP courses and am a member of the National Honor Society.
Running is also my passion because it is exciting to set goals, train, and conquer them. My goals for the end of high school are to run under 60 seconds for the 400m and raise my GPA to a 4.0. While attending college, I have set specific goals of running at least a 5:50 mile, 55 second 400m, and maintain my honor roll status. I intend to major in Physical Therapy with certifications in physical fitness.
I will be a fantastic addition to a collegiate program and look forward to finding the perfect fit.
