I am an aggressive passionate tennis player who just completed my junior year. I don't just want to play college tennis, I dream of it. I am determined to make my dream a reality and to succeed as a teammate and as an individual. I want to help my college team reach its full potential as my High school team has. I have helped my highschool team as the #1 singles player and captain win 4 Championships. Along the way I have won the county Championship and been to section finals and County finals 3years in a row.I have made all county 5years and qualified for state championships last 3 and made the consolation final at state championships this past yr. Outside of High school I have made USTA Eastern Zonals teams ,represented team Eastern at the WTT in San Diego and won over 50 USTA singles and doubles tournaments. Tennis is not only my passion but has taught me through hard work and dedication that I get hungrier when others fold.I have made honor roll every marking period of school in my life.Off the court I not only train hard I have volunteered with school clubs and have traveled to be a camp counselor and worked with animals & kids because learning and helping is something I enjoy. I will be an asset to a college on and off the court. I will work through and look forward to any challenge put in front of me. I want to be a part of a college that is as passionate about its program as I will be. I suffered a non related to tennis injury from a fall. I was out 6 months and that is why my tennis rating that was always in the 3 star range dropped. I worked endlessly and returned successfully back to 100% and since qualified for ny state championships reaching con final. This experience showed me even more how much I love tennis and want to play at the college level.
