As a tennis player I am always very motivated, whether it is on the court or off the court during workout sessions. I have put a lot of time and effort into developing my tennis skills and becoming a better player everyday. My goal is to improve even more and become a college tennis player like i have always aspired to be. I am very hardworking and take critique very well and use it to my advantage of becoming a better tennis player. I work well with coaches as i have had many. I learned how to play in the Netherlands and played on a selective team there with very skilled coaches for over 12 years. That is what sets me apart from other recruits because i do have a different background and a different playing style because i was coached in the Netherlands where tennis is still the same game but there are different coaching styles. I always try to bring positive energy, whether it is during a practice or during a match. In academics i am very similar. I like to work hard and achieve at my full potential. That is what has allowed me to prosper and play at the highest level on my Varsity high school team and my club team during the summer. I know i am a very competitive player who always wants to win but is also willing to learn from my mistakes.
