- I qualified for the 500free, 200free, 100back, and 200IM but I swam the 200IM and the 500 free. In the 500free I was seated 19 going into prelims but moved up to 3rd for finals. I got 5th place in finals. In the 200IM i was seeted 11th going into prelims and 7th going into finals. I stayed in 7th place in finals. Thye tapper I did didn't really work because for finals I felt very tired and as if I didn't have enough endurance.

- I won the 200 free with a 2.00.69 which is not my best time. I also won the 500 free with a 5.19.34 which was also off my best. I wasn't shaved or tapered for this meet.

- 5 afternoons/2 mornings (1.5 hrs) and Sat 2.5hrs

- Because I live far from the pool, I can only get in about 1.5 hrs during the school year. I have yet to begin wiehgt training and can only do drylands during the summer months
