- ActivitiesCommunity Service: During my sophomore year I had the amazing opportunity to go on a service trip with my school to the Dream Center in Los Angeles. We stayed there for and entire week and did various activities to help the surrounding community like: running food drives and handing out food to low income families, going down to skid row to pass out food and waters to the homeless, childcare for people around the community, and picking up garbage along the LA streets. It was an amazing experience and I hope to be able to do something like this again in the near future. Jobs: I got my first job the week after I turned 16 and am a cashier at a frozen yogurt place near my house. I just recently got my lifeguard certification and hope to get a new job as a lifeguard at the facility I swim at with my club team during the summer.
