As a student-athlete, my main goal has always been to be the best that I can be, by both pushing myself to maintain excellent grades and taking the time to improve my game. I work by myself outside of practice and enjoy the process of getting better, and I'm willing to put in the work it takes to become a great player. I consider myself an asset to have on a team since I always try to lead by example, I am very coachable, I always show up to practice and games ready to accomplish my teams' and my own goals, and I understand that the team should always come before me.
I want to be someone who can help my team win big games and big tournaments by not only scoring, but also by leading in assists and helping the players around me to be their best. To me, making a beautiful assist is just as good as making a goal myself.
On the field, I enjoy playing a technical, creative style of soccer that adds an unpredictable element to my team's attack, and I try to create as many opportunities to score as possible. I try to emulate my play after the European men's soccer-- as a number 10 and as a playmaker, Iniesta and Messi are my greatest inspirations. As a number 9, Robert Lewandowski and Harry Kane are the most similar to how I play, but of course, my aspiration is to be able to finish like Christiano Ronaldo.
