I have been playing soccer since I was 10 years old. Since high school began I have aspired to play at the college level. I know playing for college would be the greatest thing to experience as a student and as an athlete. I have very strong legs and have great ball movement. I am a great team player and do not like making my team down, I look to encourage others and support them as I would want my team to do. I listen to my coach and will ask coaches what they need from me in order to improve myself and the team.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain my GPA above a 3.0 even with two jobs. I make sure to advocate for myself in order to improve my grades and improve that life skill that is needed. I also volunteer as a soccer coach for U6, it is a great experience seeing these little kids play and grow with you. I also do a P.E. peer tutor program helping kids with disabilities be more social and active, I try to bring the energy to get them more excited.
I want to attend a college where I can get all my classes needed for my major and pursue my dream as a student athlete. I am open to all options open to me and I hope to set an example to all the little ones in my family and all of those important in my life.
