Jessica Church '20 Recruiting Profile

I have played soccer since I was 8. I started off playing mostly forward until I grew older. My coach realized that my speed and aggression would be well suited as a center back. I have started on my high school Varsity team starting in my freshman year as a center back and also made first team all districts as a center back. My high school coach likes to move me around to either midfield or forward, depending on how the game is going, and I ended the season with 2 goals for my team. Due to my powerful kick, my coach usually has me take all of the free/penalty kicks as well as most goal kicks. However, I am most known for my speed and aggressiveness. During the fall I run cross country and in the winter I swim for my swim team and play indoor soccer as well. Soccer is my one true passion and being able to play at the next level would be an amazing opportunity.
