Stephanie Heys '12 Recruiting Profile

My name Stephanie Heys a 5'7" Junior from George School in Newtown, PA. I have been playing soccer since the age of 5, have been an impact player at every level. A strong desire to continue playing and contributing through my college years is paramount in my college search. The ideal college for me is a place where I can make a positive impact and a big difference in the classroom, on the field and in the college community. A close team on and off the field, intimate student body, involved faculty and staff are qualities in a college that I value. I am open and welcome the opportunity to consider all geographic locations and enrollment sizes in my college search. My soccer skills are diverse and polished. In addition to being blessed with speed, quickness, excellent field vision and a high soccer IQ I consider my passing as the skills to be my greatest asset. The soccer achievements I am most proud of are not my personal achievements (all league/county recognitions in multiple sports, goal/assist leadership) but those of my team. Being able to share the joy of back to back high school soccer championships with my team and school as well as the State championships of my club teams are the primary reasons for my love of the game.
