As a student, I am hardworking. I like to get my work done ahead of time and do my best on all of my assignments. I put a lot of effort towards my work. I participate in class and ask questions when I'm not sure. This year, junior year, I decided to take harder and faster taught courses because I want to challenge myself and to prepare for college. I am also involved in NJROTC. NJROTC teaches me leadership skills to use inside and outside of the program. I am also a part of the Drill Team and Inspection Team which teaches discipline. I plan on joining the Marine Corp Reserves while playing soccer in college.
As an athlete, I am a very dedicated player. I am always open to new positions that my coaches think I could help the team do better. I play mainly outside and center defense I can also play outside mid-field and forward. I always like to take as many opportunities as I can to take the ball forward. I like to hear criticism about my performance so I can learn from it. My games are recorded so I can go back and watch mistakes or good things I did. My soccer club teammates push me harder and make me a better player, on and off the field.
