Personal Statement

I have played soccer since the age of 3, working hard and training often.  I seek feedback from my coaches on what I can do to improve, and I am frequently the last one to leave the field.  That attitude and work ethic shined through, successfully earning me a spot on the Eastern PA ODP roster where I ended the season with a 0.3 GAA.   I am currently a member of the 2003 Sky Blue - PDA team, which ranks 1st in the Atlantic - U-15 East Division of the U. S. Soccer Development Academy.  My current GAA is 0.27 and I have maintained an impressive 4 shutouts in 5 games played during the 2017 fall season only conceding one goal (penalty kick).

In addition to soccer, I am a member of my High School Orchestra.  All of my classes are Honors classes, and I am excelling in my studies.  My teachers would describe me as a leader in the classroom.

  • 2017 The Players Development Academy (Development Academy - Sky Blue PDA U-15 (2003))
  • The Players Development Academy: The objective of the PDA Soccer Club is to provide a year-round soccer training program that will develop players to their greatest potential, focusing on top-quality instruction and exposure to the highest levels of competition. These teams will compete in premier leagues throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic states, and will participate in highly competitive tournaments nationwide. It is our goal to offer these players optimal opportunities to gain the recognition that will enable them to achieve continued success as athletes on the country's top collegiate teams, U.S. national teams, and/or professional soccer teams. What is the Development Academy Program? Following a comprehensive review of elite player development in the U.S. and around the world, U.S. Soccer created the Development Academy and recently expanded in Fall 2017 to include a Girls' Academy. The Academy Program's philosophy is based on increased training, less total games, and more meaningful games using international rules of competition. The Academy Program focuses on maximizing youth player development across the country. The Academy values individual development of elite players over winning trophies and titles. The Academy sets the standard for elite environments for youth soccer clubs nationwide and is a part of U.S. Soccer's global leadership position in youth soccer.
