My soccer career started when I was nearly four, loving the game at first sight. The game has impacted my life in all sorts of measures, from my time and my emotions. Winning the New York State title this sophomore year has been the highlight of my journey so far. Last year, my Freshman year, my team had lost early in sectionals. This strived me to be more focused and motivated me to get better for this upcoming year because I knew we had more in us. For my future, I am looking for a program that is both academically and athletically fit.
Fortunately, I was able to be a part of an amazing program, winning titles after titles. I learned the value of teamwork, sacrifice, leadership, and dedication. Playing soccer year round, my teammates became family, and I don't only play for myself, but for them. I believe I have the character and commitment to play on a college team. As I know the game is crucial to my life, I still put my education as the highest priority. I have learned how to organize myself to train everyday, while getting high grades as well. I lead and enlighten my teammates, working with them on the field and off to get them and myself better. I strive to improve everyday, knowing that their is always something to work on. As a devoted young athlete and a self motivated student, I know I would be a great leader on your team!
