Lindsay Dewar '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I have been five years old. Every since then, I have fallen in love with the game and this position more and more. I know that playing in college would be an amazing experience and although it will be a lot of fun, working hard on and off the field will always be my primary focus. In the classroom, I work very hard and make sure my studies are maintained and that I keep a high GPA. I know very well that every practice I go to, I always choose to do my best no matter what. I set goals for myself almost every game or training and I am very hard on myself if I don't perform as well, compared to my very high standards. As a goalkeeper, I have excellent ball handling skills and strong legs that I constantly work on. I am an extremely motivated individual and being so young, I am very coachable and I try my best to implement any new factors into my game which would overall improve me as a player. I am a leader and especially encouraging to my teammates and I strive to be a great role model to my fellow peers and make my parents very proud.
