I have been playing soccer since the age of 4 and although I have always enjoyed playing all sports, soccer has always been my favorite. A job change for my dad and move to Iowa in 2015, opened my eyes to new challenges and different levels of competition as I have joined a highly competitive club there, soccer is my passion and I have excepted the challenge of new competition and coaching styles. I am also very eager to play at a top level to make myself better as a player and student athlete.
As a player, I have will power and fearlessness on the ball. I am a tough player physically. I continually work on good ball handling skills, work to be team leader and do my best to always encourage my teammates whether I'm on the bench or on the field, win or lose. I strive to be one of the hardest working players on the field and lead by example.
As a student, I enjoy fine arts, choir and study hard to maintain high grades and work to maintain the “A” honor roll. If available, I work for extra credit. I play other school sports to stay active in the off-season with conditioning, basketball, track and cross country opportunities. I am also active in church and youth group activities.
I want to attend a college where I can be pushed to my top potential both academically and on the field. Growing up in a military family, I understand being pushed and maintaining a level of responsibility. My goal is to become a great role model to my peers and make my family proud.
