Gabriela Suazo '17 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to read my statement. Soccer is my passion, I was a dual sport athlete with volleyball and gave that up 2 years ago to focus on soccer and my position as goal keeper. I'm driven, work very hard, and am 100% dedicated to the sport. I believe being a GK is a unique position that brings positive challenges to work that much harder to be noticed, and I am aware there are many recruits with skills that equal mine. Integrity has been my strength, as well as my fellowship outside of school and sports. My parents have not had the financial resources often necessary to pursue my talent in the arenas necessary, but I can assure you, I would not be pursuing the college level if I wasn't absolutely sure of my talent and dedication as well as the confidence and work ethic I believe I can bring to a top level team. It is my greatest wish to continue playing at the collegiant level and I hope my pursuit of higher education includes playing soccer for a top ranked program.
