Personal Statement

Hello my name is Courtney Olson.  I am a 5'6" 145 pound soccer player.  My primary position both in club soccer and high school is middle midfielder.  I have over 11 years of club soccer experience.  I will be graduating in 2014.  I was named All Local, All Area, and Illinois All-Sectional 2013 for my high school play.  I am captain of my high school soccer team for my Senior year and have started every game since my first Freshman game.  I have a 3.8 GPA out of a 4.0 grade scale at Gibault Catholic High School here in Waterloo, Illinois.

 

I would like to attend a school in the Midwest that will allow me to play soccer and also allow me to pursue a college degree from a strong academic institution.  I am open to exploring opportunities at all divisions.  I would love to be able to make an immediate impact on a college team.
