In college I plan to major in Zoology or Eduacation in Biology. I love animals and would love the opportunity to work with them on a daily basis, which is why I want to be a zoologist. I'm a very dedicated person, There's been times when I've skipped out on stuff my friends might be doing because I wanted to improve on a certain skill at practice. I've skipped homecoming, homecoming games, and other social events because I'd rather focus on soccer. I play for a club team as well, so I play soccer year round. I was a referee for youth soccer games and helped coach youth teams for service hours. I'm a short goal keeper which sounds bad at first, but I've been told that regardless of my height I'm still a great keeper. I'm a very fearless keeper, I'm not scared to make saves or tackles. I'm also a very determined. My freshmen year of high school I broke my ribs during the first half of a game, I played the rest of the match so I wouldn't abandon my team. Academically, I stick out because I go to a selective enrollment school. So, I have to maintain a certain GPA in order to continue attending my school. Freshmen year we start off with all honors classes, and our junior/ senior year we're allowed to have AP classes. My senior year I will have 3 AP courses and 4 honor courses.
