Personal Statement
I am a 5'7'' outside defender and defensive midfielder from Lake in the Hills, Illinois and will graduate in May 2012 from Crystal Lake South High School. I have been playing soccer for 13 years, 11 of which consisted of playing for Club Soccer. I have a cumulative GPA of 4.057, I am currently ranked 35 in my class of 483 students.
I am a student/athlete that commits 100% in everything that I do and push others to do the same. My main focus is to attend a school that is the best fit athletically and academically. I'm looking for a school that can both help me succeed in academics and continue playing soccer. I have not yet decided what my field of study will be; however I have an interest in psychology. I am still in the process of narrowing down my college search so I am open to location, size and all divisions of potential colleges or universities to attend.
