I have loved playing soccer since I started at three years old on a rec. team. I played on a select team for three years at a small club and have played the last five years for St. Louis Scott Gallagher Illinois. I currently play on their U16 ECNL team. I have had many good coaches throughout the years who have helped me develop as a soccer player as well as develop as a person. My teammates are my family in ever sense of the word and I can't imagine being without them.
I am an attacking and holding midfielder. I really like this position because I can control the tempo of the game, win balls out of the air and help my teammates in the attacking third of the field. I think that I have a large physical presence on the field when I play. My strengths include my athleticism and my decision making ability. I am technically sound and I am comfortable playing with both feet. I give 100% at training and games and push my teammates to do the same. I try to be the best soccer player I can be by eating healthy, weight training and working on my technical skills on my off time.
I take Honors Science, Social Studies and English at my high school. I am organized and realize that academics are a big part of getting into college. In my sophomore year I have maintained a 3.7 unweighted/ 4.4 weighted GPA.
I aspire to play at the collegiate level on a team that will challenge me to be the best player I can be. I work everyday to be a better player, teammate and person.
