Haley Hopkins '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'5" goalie from Hartford, IL. I have played soccer on a club team for ten years and this year is my eleventh year. I made the varsity team my freshman year as the back up goalie and my sophomore year I made my varsity team as the starting goalie. My junior year I started all of the games and my team advanced to the IHSA state tournament. We finished as state champions. I had two shutouts at the state tournament. I go to a small private school in Alton, IL so i can get a better understanding on how to prepare for college. I would like to go to a smaller school but I would be more than happy to play at any size school. I've had a drive to be the best goalie I can possibly be. I am open to all educational opportunities. I have very good leadership skill and often thought of as a leader by coaches and fellow teammates.
