Micaela Kwochka '12 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Micaela! I attend a small catholic highschool called, Academy of Our Lady of Mercy Lauralton Hall. I am very active student and athlete. In school I take all Honors and AP classes and I am a member Of the National Honor Society. Also,I often do community service projects. In the past year I volunteered at an inner-city elementary school, where I read to kindergarteners. Of all my extracurricular activities, soccer is what I am most passionate about. I have been playing soccer since the age of five. Although I am right-handed, my feet are equally skilled. I began playing travel soccer in sixth grade and started premier soccer in eighth grade. In my freshman year of highschool, I played junior varsity soccer and started every game. My sophomore year I was the only player to be moved up to varsity. As a junior I started and played every game. I was awarded Honorable Mention to the Conference team and I was voted captain for my senior year by my teammates and coaches. I look forward to the rest of my senior year and for a great college experience!
