Morgan Greene-Carson '14 Recruiting Profile

Many people would describe me as a hard worker, an overachiever, and a perfectionist. I would describe myself as a perfectionist, a goal-setter, and a hard worker that doesn't like to let anyone down. I believe that if you work hard enough and believe in yourself, you can achieve all of your goals and be successful in anything and everything you do. I have set high goals that I want to achieve as soon as possible. Some of these goals are to play soccer in college while I'm studying to become a doctor. I want to be a doctor because I want to help people in any way that I can. I'm not sure what I want to specialize in yet, but I do know that I want to save lives and help my community. Currently, I attend Lincoln High School where I have gotten Principal's Honor Roll for all three years so far, and I play soccer for Lincoln while playing on an indoor soccer team and a U18 soccer team. I play right, left and center defender, and left forward. While attending Lincoln High School, I have been a Link Crew leader, which is a club that helps new freshman adjust to high school, I have joined a program called AIM (Academic Intervention Mentoring) which tutors students who are failing their core classes and helps students solve personal problems, and I am a member of Pink Ladies, which is a club that promotes breast cancer research. I also participate in many community activities such as feeding the homeless, and running for charities. I try to be a leader in my community, and I believe that I would be a great addition to any college soccer team because I adjust to new places easily, make new friends easily, and I will always try my best and never give up.
