Elisa Duran '16 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to work in the medical field. I hope to go to a university where I can pursue studies in that field while also being part of an accomplished soccer team. I am a hard worker both in the classroom and on the field. I continue to work from the time the first whistle blows until the last second of the game. I have been playing soccer for over 10 years and am a passionate player and strive to do my best both in athletics and academics. I am a strong team player and am very supportive and always trying to encourage my teammates. I carry the same hard work and dedication into the classroom as I do on the field. I am honest with a high level of integrity. I believe it is more important to do what is right than what is easy. I push myself and work as hard as possible to reach my academic goal to achieve my dream of becoming a pediatrician, OBGYN or going into sports medicine. I am currently enrolled in honors and AP classes and have been doing so since my freshman year of high school. I look forward to being considered for any scholarship opportunities that would allow me reach my goals in life.
