Christine Dailey '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a Center Mid-Fielder (and Forward), 5'9, 140 Lbs.  I am seeking a well rounded college experience with Soccer at the heart of the experience, as it has been since I began playing at the age of 6.  My preference would be to be in the western half of the US but would gladly consider any East Coast opportunities that would give me access to an outstanding Acedemic Institution.

I am known as a full field player, a producer and a leader.  My coaches often comment on my ball and play awareness and rely on my leadership skills in the key moments.  I can say with confidence that with two minutes left...I want the ball!  I play tough but have never had a red card and very few yellow cards.  I play by the rules and win by the rules.  I maintain a positive attitude at all times in practice and in the game.  Propogating that spirit is an intangible benefit I bring to the teams I join that won't show up in statistics.

I am active in my church, Saddleback Church in Lake Forest,CA and take great pride in my committment to giving back and serving others.  A  Christian spirit runs through all that I do and makes my interaction with coaches that much better.

I excel at managing our teams attack and delivering the ball to to the right place at the right speed.  My time spent at forward has helped me understand how to deliver what's needed first hand.  I can also quickly shift into an attacker as the play evolves.

I have maintained aa 3.97 GPA throughout High School whill taking some AP and Honors classes.  I have avoided the easy route in getting ready for college and expect to maintain that approach once I enroll. I serve as Secretary on the ASB at a school of 3000 and am active at all levels at my school.  I am a contributor and a producer and would do great things for you on your team!
