Sandra Hawryla '17 Recruiting Profile

    I have been playing soccer since the age of 3. As club soccer and high school soccer come to an end, I hope to continue on with my soccer career at the next level. I am a dedicated, hard worker and have been a leader amongst each team I have played with. My number one consideration for college is to be a part of a Christian University and I recognize that my soccer talents may be the very thing that helps to provide that path. I believe that soccer has contributed so much to my life and is a big part of who I am. I am a good candidate for any team because I work very hard and have a heart for the game that is hard to find in other athletes. I didn't grow up in the healthiest environment and soccer was always my outlet, the place where i thrived and enjoyed myself. I am an exceptional athlete on the field, and can apply those same commitments off the field in the classroom. I consider myself to be a scholar athlete and my schoolwork has always come first. My fondest memories growing up are when I am on the field, and in my element. There is no better feeling than having a ball at my feet and I hope to only progress and get better in the coming years.
