Mikayla Edris '18 Recruiting Profile

As a freshman, I played on varsity, as well as started every game. I am a leader on the field. I have been the captain for my club team for the last four years and was able to be a captain for my high school varsity team for a game. I enjoy helping people, especially those on my team with anything from technique to motivation.  As a freshman I received the coaches award, an award given to the player who worked the hardest, showed the most passion and always had a positive attitude. I was also selected honorable mention for the Arizona Daily Star’s 2014-15 Winter All-Southern Arizona team.  For the 2015-16 season I was selected All-Section Second Team.

I am looking for a program that will fit me academically as well as athletically. In the future I would like to pursue a career geared towards physical therapy or education. I am looking for an opportunity to further my education while continuing my dream of playing collegiate soccer.

In my spare time I enjoy juggling and learning new ball tricks. My juggling record is 1,587 consecutive touches.
