I've been playing sports my whole life, but soccer always stood out to me. When I was 13 I joined my current u19 travel soccer team. The new level of play sparked a passion for soccer greater than that of other sports. My first tournament with this age group was groundbreaking. With every game, I felt myself break out of whatever was holding me back. It was the first time I felt myself truly playing soccer how it was made to be played, and loving the experience the entire time. Now, to imagine the soccer part of my life ending after high school is unthinkable. I am positive I want to continue soccer in college.
I've always excelled at sports, but also have a talent for academics and art as well. I've always naturally been able to understand problems and succeed in my classes. I try to take any opportunity I'm given to improve myself and others.
I have a social personality and often find myself leading group projects and floating to all different kinds of people as friends. I don't mind being the person that's relied on to make decisions, and I'm good at getting others to be involved and interactive. I know that I will do my best to make a positive difference on any team I'm on!
