Malinda Woody '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Malinda Woody and I am a 5'8" 155 lb Sophomore at Forest Hills Eastern High School. My GPA is 3.81. My 2K time is 7:51.8 and while I am predominately a port this year I have rowed starboard in the majority of my races.  I placed 6th during a 1500 meter sprint novice Ergatta last season and have made the Varsity 4 (A-boat) and Varsity 8 boat as a Sophomore. I am on the Varsity Swim Team during the fall season, participate in winter conditioning for the Crew Team and row during the summer.  This year I am working hard to lower my 2K time, learn to row port and starboard equally well and gain more on the water experience.
