Kaitlyn Daly '18 Recruiting Profile

Sports have shaped me and played an integral part of my entire life. I want to continue to play sports in college, be a great teammate and member of a focused college team. I am very competitive, have a great internal drive and want to be pushed to become the best college athlete I can become for my team and myself. I am good at taking criticism and using that to drive me to become a better player. I lead by example and vocal when I need to be. I have a great attitude and I am open to coach's advice to become better. I have a strong passion for lacrosse and basketball and use my skills on both the court and field. I believe that I have a good vision of the field and know when to be selfish and when not to be.A goal of mine is to be a major contributor to my team and earn a NY State Championship title in lacrosse and basketball before I graduate high school. I am very dedicated to both of these sports I enjoy math, sports medicine, and engineering along with marine biology. I enjoy helping younger athletes to become their best. My best qualities are being a focused athlete who leads by my skills and demands my teammates to be better through positive competition. Both of my parents are college athletes and they helped build a foundation for me to strive to become a student athlete. To be a successful athlete you must master time management.
