Personal Statement
I have been skating since I was 3 years old and playing hockey since I was 4. My dad owns his own hockey business, and he got me and my twin sister on the ice.
I have tried lots of other sports, such as basketball, softball, soccer, and volleyball, but hockey has always been the one that I enjoy the most and has stuck over the years. I want to play at a competitive and elite level in college. I have always loved the game and would like to continue playing after high school.
I am very motivated on and off the ice. I always try to do the best I can at every workout or practice. I consider myself a very coachable player; I take coaches' suggestions and try to incorporate them into my game.
