Sarah Leonard 201...Personal Statement
My name is Sarah Leonard and I have been playing competitive golf for about 4 years now! In the past 4 years, I have been constantly working on getting my swing and putting stroke better. I have worked on lowering my score, eliminating big numbers and three putts. Since I started playing competitively I have been able to lower my handicap from a 26 to a 7 and I am still working on lowering it! In addition, over the years I have gone from playing Red - Ladies Tees at Approximately 5,000 yards to Men's - White Tees averaging 6100 yards.
I have always wanted to play college golf and I am willing to walk on and earn my spot on a team. I am a hard worker and I never give up. I am very determined to succeed and work to be the best that I can be!
I have a fun personality and love the team and individual aspect of golf. My goal is to make an impact on and off the course!!
