Hi, my name is Haley Vandenberg, and what makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am kind, courteous, respectful, and try to live by a set of guidelines to where I won't do anything that disrespects myself, my family, my school, or my team. I have only been playing golf for three years and I have developed an immense passion for golf. I have put in endless hours of dedication and focus to get to where I am, and being so new to the game I am still progressing my skills to be the best athlete I can be. I am very coachable and like constructive criticism because it helps me become a better person as well as a better golfer. I always try and do the right thing whether people are looking or not. Academically I got off to a rough start my first two years of high school but I refocused my priorities my junior year and ended that year with a 3.35 GPA average which brought my high school cumulative GPA to a 2.7. My collegiate goals and aspirations are to earn a golf scholarship to continue to develop my natural talents and skills while earning a degree in business marketing/management.
