I love the game of golf. Competitively playing golf has given me many opportunities to learn about myself and therefore becoming a well-rounded person. Playing golf in tournaments has helped me break out of my shell and believe in myself.
In 2014, I received the SCPGA Amy Alcott Award for earning the most points in the girl's division with four straight wins and it was also the year I shot my lowest score of 4-under 68. It was a huge confidence booster for me and it helped me realize that I can be the best player that I can be if I just set my mind to it.
As a team player, I believe I can be an asset to the team by contributing my positive personality to bring the team up. As an individual golfer, I believe that I can contribute to the team overall because of my hard-working attitude, desire for high achievement, and practice of optimism in action on and off the course.
