My ultimate goal is to become a Sports Medicine Physician. I have been taking classes with the Universal Arkansas program as well as some other online class required for my specific field of study. I'm committed to what I do, and I will do everything I possibly can to achieve my goal. I believe that mediogrity is the single greatest enemy we have to deal with, you need to give your all not only in school but also on the course in tournament play but also practice. You practice the way you play, if you go 70% in practice then you're most likely going to get 70% of your potential reflected in your final scores.
I know I would be a good candidate for your college because I focus where I'm lacking in order to bring that short coming up to level of the rest of my play. I have this same mentality in the class room, if I do not understand something I'll go in at 6 am the next morning to get tottering time in to better understand my problem. As you know I'm also in four sports, I refuse to use this as an excuse to lack in my school work. I will do my work on the bus or even in the stands waiting for my next game. I know that without academics sports is not even an option, you could be the MVP of any team but if you have a 2.0 gpa and a D- average, you're not going to get very far.
I know that my drive to succeed and willingness to work hard would be an asset to any college team on and off the course. I know that it takes hours and hours to accurately putt, it takes hundreds and hundreds of continually mapping out your drive and making all of your muscles not only learn the shot but be able to fire all at once for that sweet spot drive. I'm willing to put in my time to get better and make your college proud, I'm willing to make my muscles burn and hands bleed so that you have the opportunity to look at the top of the leader board and say, "wow, that's my athlete." I learn fast and I learn well, within the two years I have been on my team I have dropped ten easy strokes just over the course of the summer, and I know by the end of this year I'm going to drop more and more until I'm the only name and only score you'll hear about. On top of the practice, I will put the same effort into my academics. I will study hard and perform high to show just how much potential I have. I know the field I have selected is tough and very tedious, but I like a good challenge. I promise I will not let you down, people say the sky is the limit, but I plan to make it to the moon.
