bailey mollen '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Bailey Mollen.  I will be a sophomore this coming year and have set goals for myself to continue playing basketball at the collegiate level.  My whole life, I have had a natural passion towards basketball.  I always have a ball in my hand, working hard, improving towards my goal.  I am committed, hard working, passionate, coachable and understand feedback will only improve your skills.  When feedback is given, I am committed to continually work hard to improve and surpass coaches expectations, I never want to plateau.  I will always put extra work in on my own.  For example, I attend all activities scheduled by my high school (weight lifting/conditioning & practices), but I also attend additional training during the week at The Driveway Basketball Training Center (Ryan Borowicz).  Given the opportunity, I will be your hardest working player, always be there above and beyond expected, celebrate the achievements, learn from the losses and ultimately play strong a player and team.
