Basketball is something that has helped shaped my character through life. I've been playing since I was about 11 years old so I've currently had 5 years of experience. Basketball pushes me to be the best I can be on and off the court. Being a leader on the court and building up my team is what I've learned the most. The highlight of this past season was losing our best player and coming together as a team to beat a school that blew us out previously in another game. When I go to college not only do I want the best in my education I want to be the best on the court, whether it's on the bench or playing. I'll do whatever needs to be done to reach the top with my team mates. Even if it means learning a whole new position, I am capable of accomplishing it. My years through high school are going to be dedicated to my grades so that i'll have a successful future and improving in every area of basketball.
