My name is Michaela Luera and I have a goal to play for a good college where I can also get a great education. I would love to play ball after college as well and then eventually become a coach. I work hard to develop my skills. I have had to work hard to overcome confidence issues and being overlooked. I know that if given the opportunity, I can compete at the next level and help my team be successful. I try to stay grounded regardless of my skills because I don't like arrogance. I always try to have a good attitude towards everyone. I consider myself very coachable. I listen to instruction and criticism and do what I can to take the feedback and improve. I also know that my academics are important so I strive to be successful in the classroom as well as on the court.
