I fell in love with the game of basketball in third grade and I’ve said from the beginning I wanted to play at the collegiate level. I am a very goal oriented person and I’m determined to reach this goal.
To accomplish it I have dedicated most of my time to basketball and academics. I am a honor student with a 4.4 GPA average and play basketball year round between high school and AAU (Cincinnati Heat Premier).
I am mentally focused and determined person and constantly try to improve some aspect of my game. As a Senior, this will be my second year as captain of my Varsity team. It is my third year starting Varsity and I feel I bring basketball IQ, responsibility, experience, and passion to my team.
I am one of those players that is highly competitive and hates to lose ; in intense moments I become extra calm and focused on what needs to be done. Defense is my biggest strength and I like to control the lane.
I know I’m not alone and work well with my team. I am a good teammate because I am only concerned about the game and never drama. My teammates and coaches can count on me to do my part in the classroom and on the court each and every time.
