Hi my name is DeZarae' Stewart. I have been dreaming of playing basketball at the collegiate level or as long as I can remember. When i attend college, I want to be the first person from my family to start and finish college. When I set my mind to a goal, I make sure that I do whatever it takes to complete the task. I'm a good candidate for your team because I have dependability, I take responsibility for my actions with no excuses, and most importantly I am coach-able. I am always willing to learn more to improve my game and help my team strive as a whole.
I consider myself different from other recruits because i steadily humble myself because I have no one to thank more than God for blessing me with these wonderful capabilities that will help my family. Besides my athleticism that i have already obtained over the years, my skill set is able to alter in any way or manner in order to better provide for your team. My academics are my most favorable accolades. I strive to be my best on the floor and especially in the classrooms. I am taught that school comes before sports, so I am sure that academics in any program will be no problem for me.
Thank you for your time,
DeZarae' Stewart-Class of 2020
